Winter is finally over! It's spring! As the weather gets warmer and the grass starts growing, I get anxious. I can't wait to get the John Deere riding mower out and cut our yard. Then I will put the winter yard decorations away and bring out spring ones. Well, that day came this past weekend!
Recently, my oldest daughter helped me make these festive pinecone bird feeders to encourage our feathered friends to visit more often. And because it’s the holiday season, we adorned our bird feeders with some red twine and ribbon.
So, this was my first venture into making a fairy garden. I decided that being this close to Christmas that my miniature garden scene should have a holiday spin on it. I was able to easily find all of the things that I needed in the holiday aisle at the store.
Christmas is coming and it’s time to deck the halls! Some people honour their long-held traditions but others prefer to change it up and new Yuletide fun but no matter which sleigh ride you choose to go on, you can’t have Christmas without the beloved Christmas tree!
