You are signed up for Rewards automatically when you create an account, either by registering or while placing an order.

Where do I see the Rewards page?

Click the Rewards icon on our site. You can also open it by clicking here.

Earn points

• Create an account
• Place your first order (bonus points)
• Place an order (points for every $ spent)
• Get points on your birthday
• Leave a review

Do reward points expire?

No. Once you earn points, they stay in your account.

What about cancelled orders?

When an order is cancelled and refunded, any points earned on that order are deducted from your balance.

Redeem points

Redeeming points is easy!

• Click Redeem on the Rewards page
• A coupon code will be generated which can be used at checkout immediately or later
• You will also receive an email with the coupon code
• Rewards points will be appropriately reduced to reflect new balance

Check my balance

• You can check your points any time on your Rewards page.
• When you have enough points, a Redeem button appears next to each eligible reward.

Do I get reward points for phone orders?

No. Rewards are built into our online store, so points apply only to orders placed on our website.

Are you a reseller or distributor?

Our Rewards program is for individual customers buying products for personal use. To keep the program fair for everyone, the following guidelines apply.

Eligible orders: Points are earned on orders placed for personal use, by customers who intend to use the products themselves rather than resell them.

Excluded orders: Orders placed for commercial purposes, resale, or distribution do not earn points. This includes orders from businesses, retailers, distributors, and any other entity that resells products. We decide, at our sole discretion, whether an order is excluded.

Compliance: Any attempt to abuse or get around these guidelines may result in loss of points, suspension from the program, or other action as Flagsrus.org considers necessary.
