What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please feel free to Contact Us with any questions before placing your order.

Items may be returned if unused and unopened within 30 days from when you receive it for a refund on the merchandise. Please note that personalized or custom products as well as special order products cannot be returned. During the holidays, items shipped by between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and all original packaging must be intact. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless due to our error. Shipping, handling, and all other fees are not refundable.

Returns must be received within 15 days after a return authorization has been issued. Unauthorized, late, opened returns will be refused.

If FlagsRUs makes a mistake in your order, we will fix it at our expense; just let us know right away! If the mistake is the shipper's, manufacturer's or yours, we will assist you in resolving the situation.

Should your package be damaged in transit, please contact us right away so we can place a claim with the shipper and arrange for replacement shipping. Please allow up to ten days for your claim to be processed and replacements to be shipped. Note that all claims for errors or damages must be placed with us within three days of the delivery date of the package.

How do I send back the item(s) I want to return?

Please read through our return policy above to make sure your item is eligible for a refund. Then, contact us for a Return Authorization.

Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused. If a returned item is not in new condition, in the original packaging, including all original parts, the return will not be refunded. You will be given the choice of having the item returned to you at your cost, or having us dispose of or liquidate the item.

Shipping, handling, and all other fees are not refundable.

Please note: If you are sending back a mailbox cover, DO NOT BEND as it will become damaged and we will not be able to refund you.

Can I exchange my product?

We gladly offer exchanges at no additional cost of equal or lesser value. However, you will be responsible for any shipping charges. Please contact our customer service department for our help in getting an exchange completed. Please note that personalized or custom products as well as special order products cannot be exchanged. 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We process refunds promptly after items are processed at our warehouse, generally within a week of receiving the product back.
