Easy & Fun Fall Decorating

 The first day of fall in 2023 is September 23. Now is the time to be thinking of decorating your yard and home for the coming season. FlagsRUs has fun and easy ideas to accomplish that! These and more will be highlighted in this blog so please continue reading for ideas for your unique fall home.

MAILBOX COVERS

Decorating your mailbox couldn't be easier than putting a mailbox cover on it.  Just place the cover evenly over your metal mailbox. Magnet strips hold the cover in place. Mailbox covers work on plastic mailboxes too by using a mailbox adapter kit sold separately. Mailbox covers come in standard size 6.5" x 19" and large size is 8" x 21". DOOR DECOR

Greet visitors this fall with a new door decoration such as the Pumpkin Plaid Truck door decor from Evergreen seen above. A plaid pickup truck is loaded with colorful pumpkins, some in 3D. Its license plate says WELCOME. This door decor is one sided and comes with a ribbon for easy instant hanging. Details on the door decor are HERE. There are different types of door decor.  DOOR MATS (WITH OR WITHOUT TRAY)

Door mats are not only useful but they are another way to welcome guests to your home. Most door mats can be used alone or placed in a decorative tray specifically for door mats. Most can be used indoors or outside.  The top door mat is the Aerial Pumpkins door mat from Carson. It is a durable mat with thick non slip rubber backing and will slide easily under most doors thus eliminating the need for a tray. It can be seen HERE. The bottom door mat is the Autumn Birdhouse Chickadees MatMate from Magnet Works. Two birds are perched outside their fall home. Pumpkins, colorful fall flowers and sprigs with berries surround their wooden home. MatMates have a non slip rubber backing that makes them perfect for indoors or out. YARD DESIGNS

Yard DeSigns by Magnet Works are vinyl, screen printed magnets of assorted designs.  They can be displayed on any metal surface or on metal stakes sold separately. They can easily be moved around your yard. Some magnets can display your address number. These will have a blank rectangle space to personalize with self adhesive numbers that are included.  The Abundant Autumn Yard DeSign above displays the address box along with fall items pumpkins, sunflowers and leaves. YARD EXPRESSIONS

Another type of yard sign is the Yard Expressions by Custom Decor. These signs are tall and narrow. The designed PVC panel measures 6" x 30". They are displayed on a 56" wrought iron post. The panels are easily changed. To insert just slide the panel down a track on the post. To remove just slide up. The Yard Expression above is Pumpkin Gnome. At the bottom a little gnome sits on a pumpkin enjoying a drink on a windy fall day with leaves blowing around.  On the blue background Welcome is written vertically. Yard Expressions are one sided. PILLOW COVERS

Have you got outdoor furniture? You can decorate it for fall with pillows! FlagsRUs has pillow covers by Evergreen for 18" x 18" pillows. You don't have a pillow? No problem! Flags are a popular way to decorate for many reasons. Flags usually come in 2 sizes- house size 28" x 40" and garden size 12.5" x 18".
